  2. Memberships of the PACs Proposal of the JINR Directorate: • To appoint • V. Petrov (Institute for Medicobiological Problems, Moscow, Russia) and • F. Spurný (Nuclear Physics Institute, Prague, Czech Republic) as new members of the PAC for Condensed Matter Physics for a term of three years.

  3. Memberships of the PACs Proposal of the JINR Directorate: • To appoint • S. Hofmann (GSI, Darmstadt, Germany) as new member of the PAC for Nuclear Physics for a term of three years.

  4. Memberships of the PACs Proposal of the JINR Directorate: • To thank Professors S. Kozubek and G. Münzenberg for their most successful work as member of the PAC for Condensed Matter Physics and as member of the PAC for Nuclear Physics, respectively.
