Comparing yourself to others • Comparisons are always unbalanced - we typically compare the worst bits of ourselves to the perceived best bits of others • Your blend of skills, successes, experience and knowledge is unique to you and cannot be compared • Comparison puts the focus on the wrong person – live your own life – it’s the only one you can control!
