NCC Hosting Support • Operate and Maintain the NCC GIS Infrastructure • Support current GIS Applications and Databases operating within the NCC • Assist development and deployment of GIS Applications and Databases to the NCC • Beginning Clustering/Virtualization testing with GIS applications and ESRI GIS software using VMWare on the Windows platform. • Reliability • Redundancy • Portability • Flexibility • Cost reduction • Green Computing

EG Service Support (TZ Service) • Agency Central Support (ACS) for ESRI ELA • Tier-1 technical support for all GSA “Category A” ESRI software • Distribution and tracking of all GSA “Category A” ESRI software and licenses • Distribution of ESRI Virtual Campus course codes • Coordinate “Category B” purchases to insure proper discount

TZ Service Support • National Geospatial Program • Distribution and support for Google Earth Pro desktop clients • Distribution and support for GoogleMaps and Microsoft • Virtual Earth API • Development and deployment support to the GeoData • Gateway (GDG) • EPA Geospatial program outreach such as the ESRI • International Users Conference, Federal Users Conference • and the OEI Symposium. • ELA Renewal Support • Consulting throughout the Agency • Specialized GIS support (Service TZ) to: • EPA Region 9 • ORD/NCEA, NERL & NHEERL • OPPTS
