Palate Smooth and easy drinking, but packed with a lots of cassis and blackberry flavours. FOOD PAIRING A wonderful appetizer. Ideal to accompany red meats, lasagna with Bolognese sauce and beef stews. A good partner for Cheddar, Roquefort and Brie cheese. For dessert, try a Crème Brule. Ideal now as a young wine, can be cellared for 3 years. Once open, enjoy within two days.
