Guidelines for Field Visits Schedule for Field Visits
Grouping • Work in group of 4 members. • After visiting 6 companies, each group has to choose one most interesting company to write a report and make a presentation. • The selection of the company is allowed for “first come first serve”. • Each group can choose the company only after visiting all 6 companies.

Assignment • Now, please prepare a 5-page (or more) report consisting of the following format: • Description of the SME cluster/EC visited • Product and Services to customers, Product and Services to SME tenants, subcontractors, etc. • Value chain diagram and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats analysis • Problems and Concerns • Recommendations • Lesson Learnt from group work (strengths and limitations) • Prepare PPT for presentation • Best Presentation and well-prepared report will be awarded a PRIZ! (15 mins presentation and 5 mns for Q&A) • (Note! Your presentation and report are not limited within the guidelines above. You are encouraged to develop creative preparation and presentation)
