My long term goal is Design active learning opportunities that integrates technology appropriately and effectively for communication and instruction.
My short term goals… To develop students understanding of culture, social, political and religious change in The past and their relation to historical context of period understudy. Integrate technology appropriately and effectively for communication and instruction. To promote intellectual skills of analyzing evidence qualitatively and quantitatively.

MARCH FEBUARY JANUARY Choosing an historical event for the Documentary. Execution of film making Showcasing Students documentary
JANUARY CHOOSING AN HISTORICAL EVENT FOR THE MOVIE INSTRUCTION: Students will be explained about the assignment & will be asked to decide on an event for the movie with in a months time. 21st CENTURY SKILL: INFORMATION & MEDIA LITERACY SKILLS Students will be guided to take full advantage of internet for their research Bloom’s taxonomy UNDERSTANDING & REMEMBERING CHALLENGES: Some students might find the assignment difficult. SOLUTION; Guiding and encouraging students by discussing the assignment in class.
FEBUARY EXECUTION OF FILM MAKING INSTRUCTION: Students will be asked to begin making their movies. 21st CENTURY SKILL: COMUNICATION SKILLS: Students will use different media technology to create their movies. INTERPERSONAL & COLLABORATIVE SKILL: students will have to demonstrate teamwork while respecting diverse perspective. Bloom’s taxonomy APPLYING & ANALYZING CHALLENGES Some students may not know how to operate a camera. Some students may not have a camera. SOLUTION Guiding student in the use of camera Making groups according to the number of cameras.
MARCH SHOWCASING OF MOVIES INSTRUCTION: Students will be give a deadline for showcasing their movie 2ist CENTURY SKILL: Communication skill. Students will use multimedia to show their movies. Bloom’s taxonomy EVALUATING & CREATING CHALLENGES: some movie format may not work. Electricity load shedding. SOLUTION: Check all movies before hand. Electricity generator on stand by.
My teaching will… Think critically, apply knowledge to new situation, analyze information, comprehend new ideas, communicate, collaborate, solve problems and make decision.
