  8. Engaging with parents How do we encourage existing adults that involving Parents will only help strengthen the Group? Is it the section leader, Group Executive, parent champion or the GSL that should engage with the parents? Do parents know who people are (Welcome pack) How can DCs support GSLs in parental engagement? (Now on Group RAG Assessments so needs to be part of annual review discussions).
