Consequences of Cohesion • Less Turnover (Saab: 55% to 20%) • Greater Interaction & Communication (r = .43) • More Active Participation (attendance, speak at meetings, take responsibility, work for group goals) • More Social Influence(more attempts & more yielding) • More Security & Self-Esteem • Performance??
