When you look at characters in photo-shoots, they usually tend to wear branded products, this creates a synergy, which allows the audience to purchase the products, which increases the profits for the brand. Similar Images were used in both products, this is to show the connection between the 2 merchandises. Has the conventions of an RnB CD album Digi Pack/magazine advert A mood was set in both products, the sense of relationship and love, this is represented through the colour and designs. (brown and latin typography for romance, and flowers for love, also the black and white filters for the feeling of darkness The images on both of the products were chosen carefully, such as the one where he is doing the cross sign, which expresses his personalities. I also chose backgrounds, that would suit the atmosphere/mood. The reason for my actor being by himself on the music advert as well as the digi pack, is firstly to highlight the conventions, for it is not usual to find featured artists with the main ones on the digi pack or adverts. The other reason, is to show that he is single and better off not being in a relationship with Alicia keys for the greater good.
