e-drug: Wed, 16 Aug 2006 • Proposes a Training program that would capture the principles that would enable participants to recognize that health management and reforms need to be addressed in a holistic way. • "Is there a training course available for a holistic approach to such programs, like M&E for ARVs, that can address procurement of all medicines?" • "The same staff being trained to monitor closely ARV status in their respective countries are likely to be responsible for other health (or pharmaceutical) commodities, too".
