The Crusade The Crusaders were knights that fought for Christianity which was not the main religion at that time serch

Fall of the Crusade • Although the knights had many battles and triumphed in most of those battles. As said in Wikipedia they fell in the Battle of Horns or the battle of Hattin most of the Crusaders died and then were separated and others were burned like witches

Life of the Crusaders • The first Crusade was formed to take back control of the holy places in Jerusalem from the Muslims. • Second the Crusaders had to continue to fight to keep what they had obtained. They fought many battles, including The Battle of Hattin. • In the end, the Crusaders were defeated in 1307 by the Muslims.
The original purpose of the first Crusade was to gain back their holy places from the Muslims in Jerusalem. Once the Crusaders gained lands then they had to fight to keep it. They became popular and were called on by royalty to protect cities as well. The Crusaders were able to acquire gold and precious jewels. Near the end, they were quite wealthy. Around 1305, in the last battle, they were defeated by the Muslims in the battle of Hattin. They were smart, kind, brave and fought for what they believed in.
