  6. FIELD OF DREAMS PH. VI Eligibility • General Criteria • Existing Youth Sport Leagues • All Volunteer • Located on property not in Orange County ownership • Open to general public without qualification • Improvements must have a minimum 5 year life expectancy

VI Eligibility • Criteria • Past recipients must alternate one cycle to reapply • Organization must be a chartered youth sports league and in existence for a minimum of 2 years • Project must enhance player safety or expand the capacity of the facility and result in an increase in the number of league players

  8. FIELD OF DREAMS PH. VI Eligibility • Criteria • Player safety enhancements • Must serve a minimum of 75 registered participants • Must have a minimum of 30 active volunteers • May not charge a differential fee to Orange County residents

  9. FIELD OF DREAMS PH. VI Eligibility • Criteria • Only one application per organization • Must have a documented fee reduction program for low income youth • Orange County Public Schools must pre-approve all grant applications involving OCPS property
