ONS (Olympic News Services) • The Olympic News Service (ONS) is responsible for providing media with comprehensive Games information services, including pre-Games information such as athlete biographies and historical results, and the Games-time news service, flash quotes and press conference highlights. All these services will ensure the fullest possible coverage reaches the widest possible audience.
During the Games, ONS will provide diverse reports including previews, reviews, flash quotes, press conference highlights and media communications from competition venues and non- competition venues that will keep media informed about the progress of the Games

Situation One • Guangzhou, November 24 - Liu Xiang of China won the gold medal of Men's 110m Hurdles with a season best of 13.09 at the Guangzhou Asian Games here on Wednesday. • It was only Liu's second race in the year. • Shi Dongpeng of China took the silver medal at 13.38, followed by Park Taekyong of Korea in the third place at 13.48.

Xinhua: China retains Men's Basketball title at Asian Games • Guangzhou, November 26 - Defending champions China beat Korea 77-71 to defend their Men's Basketball title at the Asian Games here on Friday.
The two sides played a close game from the very beginning which marked several lead changes before China, who defeated Korea 76-66 in the preliminary round, finished the first quarter 27-21.
Korea opened the second quarter with a 6-0 run and took the lead 37-31 with 5:10 minutes left in the quarter. Wang Shipeng's consecutive three jumpers and Sun Yue's one three point play and one 3-pointers put China 43-37 ahead at the end of the first half.
