  3. Communication PLC • BE-ICS communication from SIEMENS to SCHNEIDER is still not mature enough  Postponed

  4. APAVE remark + CTH labelling • Status from 2018 shutdown APAVE remark concern mainly labelling (fuse)  to finish CTH labelling started but time consuming

  5. Main valve box change for new lique • WO25155913 : mettre des Siparts sur les vannes CV Kammer du 25000 litres (CV921,CV913,CV922, (CV900 optional) More impact on ME side  To be confirmed by ME if we proceed • PV915 installation for new liquefier will probably be a CV (CV910 is currently not used and can be used) linked to Infra PLC • PV911 new PV on Infra PLC • HV914 / HV936 changed from HV to PV • CV938 changed to HV Spare link between Infra PLC cabinet and Valve box fieldbox P06 – 10wires  5 signals P27 – 4 wires  2 signals P29 – 8 wires  4 signals Total of 11 signals Total spare in Infra PLC: 34 DI 59 AI 27 DO 30 AO HW : Thanks to new infra cabinet, integration will be easy. Still waiting for exact confirmation from ME team but spare link should be sufficient. Possible to prepare a lot before the shutdown SW : Logic to be defined

  6. New Cryoplant interface • Power supply • 3.3kV and 400V needs already discussed and validated with EN/EL, EN/EL will installed cables up to the new cabinets • 24VDC, 2 standard racks in preparation for new CP and CB (designed by Andrzej and Remy). We will have to pull cables between the new racks and LKT cabinets • TN network, request done and managed by Remy

  7. SH18 buffer -- Status • Following 2017 shutdown, we found out that cable are in bad condition (WO 24573025) • WO22076501 +CRYOTESTF-137, CV have old positioner and have to be upgraded  CV function not needed they can be replaced with PV • New buffers will be installed when both cryoplants will be on at the same time (for string 3) • Need for control over buffer even if 6kW CP is down

  8. SH18 buffer -- Proposal • Complete refurbishment of the area • Buffer and Burkhardt needs to be controlled by a system independent of existing CP. 2019 : New rack with independent M580 PLC + RIO 2020 : M580 PLC moved to Infra Cabinet and RIO linked with fiber optic PLC RIO

  10. SH18 buffer – Estim. work • Cabinet design • 3weeks • Cabinet construction • 4weeks 1 FSU • Cabinet installation • 4weeks 2 FSU (can start before the shutdown)
