  2. Creating A Transfer Culture • Articulation Agreement signed in 1991 • Articulation Agreement consists of 115 individual agreements • Articulation Agreement contains programs of courses appropriate for transfer to Mississippi’s eight public universities

Creating A Transfer Culture • Articulation Agreement has 12,000 credit hours guaranteed to transfer • Developmental and career program credit hours taken at the community and junior colleges will not transfer • Individual universities have agreed to accept selected technical hours from the community colleges
