Alumni of TRF • Their experiences foster international understanding through person-to-person contact, friendship, service and cross-cultural exchange. • They serve as goodwill ambassadors not just when they are abroad, but also when they return home as alumni.

Many alumni are interested in joining, but simply are not asked to join!
Ideas for Recruiting & Retaining Rotary Foundation Alumni • Induct several alumni into your club at once, instead of recruiting them one at a time. • Conduct several projects that are likely to appeal to younger members. • Consider lowering the total cost of membership in your club. • Make sure meetings are efficient and productive. • Be open to new ideas of younger members.
