  2. Today Unemployment rate is 3.8% in India and our Maharashtra stood 15th with 2.6% in India. The people affected by this situation is between 22 to 35 i.e. youth of the nation. Engineers and youths from arts field are affected by this situation mainly Rural and Tribal area. There are 3 options for these youths Option 1- Going to other countries for job. Option 2- Going to metropolitan cities for job. Option 3- Living at native place and doing farming and miscellaneous jobs.

  4. The Problem Tree shows the Effects and Causes of the Unemployment. One of the main problems is Defective Education system, where students are taught only theoretical knowledge. So, more practical knowledge about recent trends in global market is important. Government of India has so many Schemes and Policies but awareness in the people and transparency in official work is required.

  5. SOLUTION Youth Exchange Programs between different countries to know the condition at global level. Handbooks and Website containing whole Schemes and Policies and Vacancies of all Ministries of Government of India in all languages. 24 Hour Helpline Center which will give information about Schemes and Policies of Government.

  6. Make it compulsory for the students to undergo 2 year long internship or gain experience or training in the field of interest in a properly structured and formal manner. Conferences and Workshops of the highly professional people will help to gather like minded people. This will also help to know them about recent trends in the global market. Gandhian philosophy of sustainable development i.e. development of villages.

  7. A team of experts for different fields will analyze the upcoming situation for the respective fields. This will show approximate requirement of employees and labors for different fields. Website will show the approximate vacancies and eligibility for the job or post. People will try to get the eligibility and hence the requirement of highly skilled workers will be supplied.

  8. There should be Personality Development and Vocational Training Centers in Rural and Tribal area which will help people to gain practical and career based education. By using the Schemes of government one can start their own micro or small business in their native place. In rural area farming is the main occupation so people will be encouraged to set up Agro-based industries based on the availability of the raw material. This will resolve decay of micro and small industries and poverty
