Ban Comic Sans • Ban Comic Sans was brought about in the fall of 1999: • Holly Sliger (Co-Founder) • “It was like hell for me” • In the midst of the project, she met her husband, Dave Combs (Co-Founder) • While studying for a master’s degree, Mr. Connare received a call from Mr. Combs • The Combs’ went global • In February 2004, Mr. Connare asked the Combs’ to stop using his picture
