VeriTest Module - Shadowtrack

1. VeriTest Shadowtrack’s VeriTest Module offers a turnkey-solution to refine the entire drug testing process from start to finish. 2. This module offers three options: A. Robust Notification VeriTest allows the user the ability to create random or scheduled drug testing notifications. The frequency of drug testing notifications are customized according to the agency’s needs. The drug testing notification can be placed to the enrollee via an automated telephone call initiated by the Shadowtrack application or it can be paired with Shadowtrack’s mobile app. B. Offender Pay Option The offender pay option can be paired with VeriTest. This option offers the ability to automatically process payment prior to the enrollee receiving notification to report for a drug test. Multiple payment attempts gives the enrollee an additional chance to remain in compliance without interaction from the end user. The offender pay option also sends a notification to the enrollee in the event of an upcoming card expiration date. C. LabortoryIntergration Option The Drug Test Collection Module (DTCM), when paired with the VeriTest, can also be integrated with authorized testing facilities. This allows for notifications to the collection site and the enrollee is notified to report for testing.  Once the specimen is collected, the date and time of the collection is automatically posted in the Shadowtrack application. Once the lab results have been reviewed by the Medical Review Officer (MRO), the final test results are then posted in the Shadowtrack application and can alert the user. https://www.shadowtrack.com/veritest/

Utilizing the VeriTest service allows the agency to: • Offers a cost effective all inclusive drug testing package for agencies. • Improves the overall efficiency and productivity of users by automating the entire drug testing process. • Allows the user to place enrollees into named groups for random or fixed scheduled drug testing notifications • Have unlimited number of groups • Allows the user the flexibility of suspending drug testing notifications at the agency’s discretion • Allows the agency the ability to modify notification templates • Allows the user the option to move an enrollee to another group • Custom report available to the user so they are aware of which enrollees have been notified to report for drug testing and/or have upcoming drug testing notifications scheduled • Improve efficiency by automating drug testing notifications to enrollees only when a drug test is required • Includes voice verification to ensure the correct person is receiving the drug testing notification message • Includes the ability to send an SMS message once it is determined an enrollee has not answered the telephone • Allows the enrollee to call into the Shadowtrack system to hear the notification message if they miss the phone call • Sends the agency analytical data via reports regarding drug testing results • Sends an alert to the enrollee via the smartphone app to view the drug testing notification message. 5. 6.
