Review of ORCAA Air Permit Activities • April - ADAGE files Air Permit application with ORCAA • Dec 22 – ORCAA issues letter of intent to approve and opens comment Period until Jan 31 • Jan 31 – Public comment meetings at Civic Center at 1 and 6 PM and close of comment period including expert testimony from CCMC air engineer • Feb 15 – Mar 1? Hearing Officer issues decision about Air Permit Recommendation • Apr 2- 30 day deadline for CCMC to appeal ORCAA recommendation to the Pollution Control Hearings Board (PCHB) or Superior Court • Air Permit cannot be granted until SEPA process is completed
