Screencasting Overview • Many outstanding Web 2.0 tools for the classroom to promote teachingandlearning. • Screencast videos have emerged as THEteaching tool for online instruction. • Ascreencast(screen capture) is a digital video and audio recording of what occurs on a presenter’s computer screen. • Completed videos can bepublished and exported as YouTube Movies.
