  2. Setup CPT Codes to be captured for each tests you perform in the practice. • You must setup only those tests that you bill for • Setup Default CPT’s– Those that you wish to appear as Auto-Check in the Billing Transaction Screens

  3. For Example, you may do the following tests in your practice for which you bill for: • Blood Tests: E2, FSH, LH, Progestrone, bHCH, etc. • Ultrasound: Follicular, Gyn, Antral Follicle, OB, etc. • Andrology: Semen Analysis, Cryo, Thaw • IUI: Sperm Prep

  5. Lab Tests • Add CPT’s to the Lab Test • On the lower part of the screen is the CPT code section. • Click the blue “+” to add CPT’s to be captured for this test. • Click the red “X” to remove.

Setup CPT Codes to be captured for each Provider visit type • Retrieval Visit Types are prefixed with “OR-” • Transfer Visit Types are prefixed with “ET-” • Procedures Visit Types are prefixed with “SR-” • Setup Default CPT’s– Those that you wish to appear as Auto-Check in the Billing Transaction Screens

  12. How to use the screen • Select a category form the list on the left. • Click Add button to add a new item. Fill in Description and Code.

  45. Default Charges • How to enter charges • Type the charge amount. • Select an effective date. • Termination date is optional. • Check Copay if apply. • Check HCPC if the charge is for a HCPC. • Select a Place Of Service. • Group charges for more detailed reports.

  46. Default Charges • How to create a new charge • Select the charge you want to update. It must have a Termination date or been Inactive in order to the New button be enable. • The new charge will appear at the end of the list to be filled in.
