Setup CPT Codes to be captured for each tests you perform in the practice. • You must setup only those tests that you bill for • Setup Default CPT’s– Those that you wish to appear as Auto-Check in the Billing Transaction Screens
For Example, you may do the following tests in your practice for which you bill for: • Blood Tests: E2, FSH, LH, Progestrone, bHCH, etc. • Ultrasound: Follicular, Gyn, Antral Follicle, OB, etc. • Andrology: Semen Analysis, Cryo, Thaw • IUI: Sperm Prep

Lab Tests • Add CPT’s to the Lab Test • On the lower part of the screen is the CPT code section. • Click the blue “+” to add CPT’s to be captured for this test. • Click the red “X” to remove.
