  8. NEED • Countries where Primary Completion Rate (PCR) for girls is inferior to that of boys • Countries where PCR is low for both genders • Countries where girls’ transition rate to lower secondary is markedly lower than that of boys

  9. UNGEI T/A AVAILABLE • Countries where UNGEI has identified in-country technical expertise that is willing to represent UNGEI in education sector discussions (meetings, thematic working groups, Joint Sector Reviews, etc.)
