Training Probe: • That’s interesting. Why do you think Weichert is only geared towards new associates? • What type of experienced associate training do you have at your current company? • What type of training are you looking for?
E&O Insurance Probe: • Do you understand your E&O policy? • How much are you paying and what are you covered for?
Listing Presentation Probe: • Have you ever seen the Weichert listing presentation? • Tell me about the listing presentation you use. Is it the same as all other real estate companies? • Do you think differentiating yourself from other real estate associates would be beneficial?
Market Share Probe: • Does market share mean that you will get more business? • How are you judging market share? • Do you agree that most searches start online?
Marketing Materials Probe: • What type of marketing materials are available to you? Is there a cost? • Do you have 24-hour access to marketing materials? • Do you pay a franchise or royalty fee? Many times you are in fact paying for marketing materials in this fee.
Weichert’s Too Regimented Probe: • Why do you feel that way? • What have you heard? • Do you think that attending office meetings and sitting open houses are too rigid or more of an opportunity for you to make money?

You will get notified every time one of your targeteted experienced recruits gets a listing, a price improvement, etc. When you receive the ‘alert’ eMail that will trigger you to pick up the phone and congratulate the associate. What a good way to touch base and check in with them!”
