  6. Personal Reminders For all Service Events you sign up for … Set your own calendar reminders! If you need to cancel for an event, you must notify Nirali or a sponsor 24 hours in advance.

  7. Angel League Who: Disabled children What: Play baseball with disabled children Where: Allen Station Park on Cedar St. Softball fields #1 and #4 When: Monday October 22nd 6-7 PM and 7-8 PM 1 signup sheet for regular weekly volunteers and 1 signup sheet for extra volunteers this week

  10. Kiwanis Luncheon Who: 3-4 Key Club Members What: Lunch with Allen Kiwanis Club Where: Twin Creeks Golf Club When: Thursday October 25th 11:30AM – 1:15PM You will be excused from class and you need your own ride. *** Sign up sheet available

  11. Due NEXT MEETING 10/25 Please count the money and put the TOTAL on your box with your NAME. * Remember to record your service hours: every $5 = 2 service hours

  13. Service Hours/Socials! • Welcome Kyle! • You are responsible for tracking your own service hours and socials. • October hours due 10/25, next meeting • Keep a copy of your forms

  14. Service / Social SIGN UP • Sign up sheets are there for a reason… to plan & track service hours and socials. • The # of volunteers is set prior to the event. Once the count is full – sign ups are closed. • The club is here to provide service so please do your job! The new Service Committee is at work planning new events through the end of the school year. • Signing up for events and attending is very important. • We report monthly service hours and socials to the Texas Oklahoma District. We are trying to get in the top 25 clubs this year at convention!
