  2. His/her Life as leader When my father is a leader he lead the employee do to their work and make the company to be success by leading it nicely.

  3. Lifetime achievement His achievement when he was a leader is the product are delivered to the customer, also send to another area/out of Surabaya. This product is also become famous in the chemical company.

  4. Problems he/she usually deal with and how they solve it The problem are last time the company have small problem, with the customer who want to buy the product and my father report to the police to get the customer and put the customer in the jail.

  5. Leadership qualities His qualities is firm because when he lead the company, he kead it firmly. He is decision making when the company need final decision my father can give the good decision. He is responsibility of his work because he show his responsibility when leading the company and the product.

  6. Dominant Leadership style His leadership qualities when he is a leader is autocratic because he lead firmly and in the correct way and direction for the company to be more succesful.

  7. Impact of his/her leadership style The impact of his leadership style is the company goes well and the employee work well because everything were manage with responsibilities.
