Gate Morning and evening readings Calico visitor numbers should be available via the visitor book
Groupwise Keep a Groupwise file for evidence of your correspondence with users, arranging meetings, etc. (or use “sent” file) Also, store evidence of user feedback (e.g. thank you, praise, etc.)
Tallies Tally = to count The stats you keep manually by counting transactions, e.g. no. of queries. Covers most of the stats required
