  9. 8- In the Brown Bins, you may use paper, compostable bags or newspapers Exception: Leaves can be put directly into the brown bin, without a bag

  10. 9 – Food Waste + Soiled Paper in Brown Bin, Not Plastic or Other Containers x

  11. 10 – Place Your Blue and Brown Bins in the Right Orientation

  12. 11 – Bring Household Hazardous +E-Waste to CSL Public Works Yard
