Elections and Bylaws Committee ReportElections & Bylaws Committee • The Elections & Bylaws Committee (EBC) is an Adhoc committee whose purpose is to: • Coordinate both the nomination & election of officers for the position of president-elect and vice president of finance • During an election year or • Special election • Coordinate the bylaw amendment process 2007 1QNBOD President's Meeting
