  4. Program Framework • Statewide Vanpool Team • Biennial and 10-year goals • Plan to coordinate investments (Vanpool Investment Program) • Data collection and monitoring agreements Washington State Department of Transportation

  5. 2003-2005 Highlights • Purchased 170 vehicles • Began formation of 5 vanpool programs • Improved employee access by expanding RideshareOnline statewide • Developed brokerage program • Launched peer review and mentoring program Washington State Department of Transportation
