FSSC Global Markets Program • Developed bynot-for-profit foundation SCV • Market need by large food organizations, mainly for small and medium / low risk suppliers • Based on GFSI Global Markets Program and CODEX HACCP • 2 levels: • FSSC Foundation Level • FSSC Intermediate Level • Scope: Manufacturing and processing of food ingredients and food products (category C & K) • Organizations can remain on Foundation Level (yearly assessment) • Or they can “grow” to FSSC 22000, in 1 step or 2 steps • Including Self-Evaluation Tool and Capacity Building program

  11. 2. Training • If needed: training on the program and requirements • Licensed Training Organizations on the FSSC website • Training package including tutor notes and exercises • Duration: 1 day • Training can be customized by Training Organization

  12. 3. Conformity Assessments • Conformance levels: Foundation and Intermediate • Licensed Conformity Assessment Bodies on FSSC website • FSSC IntegrityProgram: high qualityCABs • Output: • Standardized assessment report • Conformity Statement • Listed in the FSSC public register
