AUDITOR-GENERAL REPORT • Unqualified audit report • Matter of emphasis Irregular and fruitless and wasteful expenditure R155 000 expenditure incurred proper procurement process had not been followed • Other matters Non-compliance with applicable legislation Report yearly to Parliament on international environmental instruments for which department is responsible for.
AUDIT COMMITTEE REPORT • The Audit Committee concur and accepts the conclusions of the Auditor-General on the Annual Financial Statements • The Audit Committee is of the opinion that the audited Annual Financial Statements fairly present the position and performance of the Department, based on the audit done and the report of the Auditor-General
