At the time of a real emergency…. • Step 1 • 911 dispatch personnel or other responsible party can • Call into server, enter service access code and 5 digit group ID • Record a brief emergency related message • And hang up. • Step 2 • System will then • Dial out calls to all group members simultaneously • Look for them at their multiple numbers (cell, office, home etc.) • Upon off-hook play the emergency message, allow participants to enter a 2 digit authentication code and put them in a conference. • Also send SMS, Pager and email messages if required • Step 3 • Post event analysis capabilities • Digital voice recordings • Event log…who/when entered/left conference
