  6. PROGRAM FRIDAY FEBRUARY 7 11:00: Start 10 km FreeTechniqueladies 12:00: Start 15 km FreeTechnique men Stadium will be closed 5 minutes prior to the first start. Race coursesareopenthroughouttheday. Do not ski in theoppositedirectionofthe race course! Official training for theclassic sprint is afterthe last competitor cross the finish line at Friday’s race.

  8. START LIST • Start lists for Friday areready. Youcanfindthem at vardenski.no , at the Team Captains’ Meeting and at the Race Office in Grova. • Bibsfor Friday can be picked up afterthe Team Captains’ meeting. • Anycompetitors NOT startingSaturday and Sunday must let the Race Office in Grova knowbefore 15:00 tomorrow Friday.

  9. 3 entrances to starting area. To get to the start, you’ll have to walk past the Red Swix tent. Foreign competitors will get their timing chips in the Red Swix tent.Gear and clotheswill be put close to the finish. The coaches will only be able to get to the start area wearing a blue coach vest.

  10. RACE OFFICE, STADIUM, WAX CABINS, PARKING • Race Office in Grova is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 • BIBS will be handedoutafterthe Team Captains’ Meeting Thursday and Friday. For Sunday’s race, bibswill be handedoutonSunday at the Race Office in Grova. • Mixed zone is behindthe finish area, and the press canuse 2nd floor at thecafeteria. • Any questions aboutthewax cabins, contact Frode Sonflå, tel. 46924005 • Parkingpermission for onecar per wax cabin Friday, Saturday and Sunday (comeswiththecontract for wax cabin rental). Apart from that; parking is 50 NOK per day.

  11. COURSES Friday 7.2. • 10 km FreeTechniqueladies: One whole 10 km • 15 km FreeTechnique men: 10 km +5 km Saturday 8.2. • Sprint Classic Techniqueladies and men: 1275/1490 meters Sunday 9.2. • 20 km Classic Mass Start ladies: 2 x 10 km • 30 km Classic Mass Start men: 3 x 10 km

  13. WARM UP COURSE, SKI TESTING COURSE, COACHING. Warm up courseis southofthewaxingfacilities. Followsigns. Ski testing courseis south-eastofthe stadium. Followsigns. • Do not test skis in competitioncouse during the race. • Do not ski in theoppositedirectionof race course! • No limitationsoncoachingoutsideofthe stadium area.

  14. AWARDS CEREMONY • At Grova Ski Stadium (insidethemainbuilding) aprox. 30 mins afterthe finish ofthe last skier in eachclass. • 1/3 will be awarded. • The 12 best willgettheirawards at theAwardsCeremony. The remainingcanpick up theirprizesat the race office.
