Was the Project a Success? • Show success criteria from project charter • Address if your team/sponsor thought the project was a success or not
Assessment of PM Tools • Describe which PM tools you thought were helpful or not and why
Estimated Vs. Actual Hours • Summarize info • Discuss differences
Lessons Learned • What did your team learn by working on this project? What will you do differently on the next project you work on? • What was your most valuable takeaway from the experience?
