A dry port (sometimes inland port) is an inland intermodal terminal directly connected by road or rail to a seaport and operating as a centre for the transshipment of sea cargo to inland destinations.[1] In addition to their role in cargo transshipment, dry ports may also include facilities for storage and consolidation of goods, maintenance for road or rail cargo carriers and customs clearance services. The location of these facilities at a dry port relieves competition for storage and customs space at the seaport itself
Dry port in Cambodia • Current Dry Ports : • CWT Dry port with warehouse & yards of 50,000 m2 • So Ngoun Dry port with 2 warehouse of 30,000 m2, container yard of 50,000 m2 (6,000 teus) and 20,000 m2 parking area • Tech Srun Dry port with 5,000 m2 (500 teus) • KPM or S.K.L Dry port • Bok Seng Dry port • Teng Lay Dry port • Olair Worldwide Logistics Co., LTD
Location • All of these dry ports are located in Phnom Penh. • They link from dry port to sea port by trucks.
Warehousing for dry port 1- So Ngoun Dry Port -has two warehouses: 26,000. Sqm 2- CWT Dry port - Warehouse & Yards: 50,000.Sqm 3- Tec Srun Dry Port -N/A

Investment KPM, So Ngoun, Tec Srun, Teng Lay and Bok Seng are invested by private. CWT is invested by government.
