  4. Toastmaster’s Educational Program

  5. Competent Communicator (CC, replaces CTM) Communication Track • Complete ten (10) projects from the basic manual • Learn how to... • Organise a speech • Use gestures • Speak with conviction and sincerity • Motivate your audience • Develop listening and analytical skills

  6. AdvancedCommunication Series • Further refine / enhance your speaking skills • Advanced Communicator • Bronze (ACB) • Silver (ACS) • Gold (ACG) • Fifteen manuals to choose from - each containing five speech projects • You choose the skills you want to learn

  7. Communication Track • Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) • Complete two Advanced Communication manuals • Advanced Communicator Silver (ACS) • Complete two additional Advanced Communication manuals • Conduct any two programs from the Better Speaker Series and/or Successful Club Series

  8. Communication Track Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG) • Complete two additional Advanced Communication manuals • Conduct one of the following • Success/Leadership Program • Success/Communication Program • Youth Leadership Program • Coach a new member with the first three speech projects

  9. Leadership Track New Competent Leader (CL) • Complete Competent Leadership manual • Features 10 projects, which you complete while serving in various club meeting roles

  10. Advanced Leader Program Leadership Track • Further refine / develop your leadership skills • Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) • Focus on Leading People • Advanced Leader Silver (ALS) • Focus on Leading Leaders

  11. Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) Former Competent Leader Award Leadership Track • Achieve Competent Communicator (CC) and new Competent Leader (CL) • Serve at least six (6) monthsas a Club Officer andwhile in office… • Attend district-sponsored Club Officer Training and • Participate in the Club Success Plan • Conduct two programs from the Successful Club Series and/or the Leadership Excellence Series

  12. Leadership Track Advanced Leader Silver (ALS) • Achieve Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB) or "old" Competent Leader (CL) • Serve full term as a District Officer (Sept 1-Jun30) • Complete a High Performance Leadership (HPL) program • Serve successfully as a new Club Sponsor, Mentor, or Coach

  13. Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Toastmaster Educational Program Complete Communication Track and Complete Leadership Track
