  3. How do I get a Parking Permit for PVHS? • Get a Gold Parking Permit Form from the Business Office. Return it to the business office with copies of the following: • Driver’s License • Proof of Insurance • Car Registration • The first parking permit is free. If you add additional cars, the permits are $2 each.
