  4. My Family • These people have taught to go out in the world and be who I want to be. • My parents have taught me that if I want to something i have to go out and get it!

  5. School • Being involved in activities in school has shown me that I have voice too.

  6. How I See Myself

  7. How I See Myself • I see my serving my community. • I want to bece a police officer. • I want to be able to hep out as my as I can to make the community a safe place.

  8. What to do to be a Leader • I would like to be more involved. • I need to get myself out there so people can cme to me or help.

  10. Strengths • I am loud. • When I want my voice to be heard, it is heard.

  11. Strengths cont. • In the field I am going into I have to be confident and loud in everything I do because it could be a life or death situation.

  13. Weakness • Being able to listen to what others have to say and not getting discouraged. • Undertand where others may be coming from.

  14. Weakness cont. • The way I can overcome this is always hearing whathers have to say. • Not just saying my way is the onlt way.

  15. Impression • I will be able to be who I want to be. • Being a leader is a part of my job that I want to go into. • I will be able to mae an impact on my life as well as many other.
