Objectives • develop a semantic description framework for business processes that allows • BPM by business experts (higher level of abstraction) • support for automated handling and execution of business processes on the technical level • develop semantically enabled core facilities for BPM that can be supported by semantic descriptions • develop a prototypical tool suite that allows business experts to handle and manage business processes • test and evaluate the usability and applicability of the developed tools in a real world use case scenario (telecommunication sector)
