  4. TENDER OFFER When companies brings buyback shares through tender offer then • the price of buyback is fixed, • quantity of shares is fixed • and time frame is for only one month.

  5. OPEN-MARKET OFFER When companies brings buyback shares through open-market offer then • the price of buyback is fixed, • quantity of shares is fixed • and time frame is for three months or more.

  6. How to participate? In Open-Market Offer • Companies directly buy shares, In tender offer. • Company send one letter through Email or Speed post to shareholders. • Interested Shareholders can fill the offer letter and send it to the company registrar or they can participate online through their brokers.
