My main goals with this company are to increase profitability, eliminate competition, enforce hospitality and provide the nation with reliable transportation. These are a few things I am willing to do and ideas I have on how to increase profitability for Shofur.

My main goals with this company are to increase profitability, eliminate competition, enforce hospitality and provide the nation with reliable transportation. These are a few things I am willing to do and ideas I have on how to increase profitability for Shofur.
I believe we should make first hand contact with all of the Mega churches nationwide. Religion is one of the underlying foundations of this nation weather we agree with it or not and I think we should view that as a solid source of profit for the company. My action plan consists of making direct client contact with the list I have already formed of all of the Mega Churches within the state of Georgia.
I think as a christian, and daughter of a minister, I am someone who can establish a solid relationship. I think providing transportation for conferences, concerts and special guest speakers will open new streams of profit for us. I am also willing to research and contact make first and second hand contact with the mega churches of every state and province we service, and travel to them to present cogent marketing material.
Second, I would also like to see Shofur make first and second hand contact with tier one, two, three, and four school systems throughout the nation. I think there are thousands of reasons Universities would need our service. My action plan consists of contacting every superintendent of each sector (sports, clubs, fraternities/sororities, etc.) at every university state by state. I think we should start by contacting all of the largest most funded schools first and then proceed down tier by tier.
Third, their are thousands of private clubs we should be reaching out to in every state like the Boys and Girls Club, the YMCA, and Boy Scouts of America. I even would like to make contact with Club-Corp Atlanta and contact all of the private golf communities in Georgia and their affiliates and researching more about their clientele as well. Also, I have a list of the top 5,000 grossing companies in the U.S.. I would like to contact all of them about transportation for their business seminars and conferences.
These are people who are always going to need group transportation and I think Shofur should seize the opportunity of establishing relationship with them. Fourth, all major points of interest in each city should be woven into these thoughts and marketing plans. By possibly aligning with major tourist attractions in each city I think Shofur would greatly benefit. Maybe running “group specials” with Six Flags, World of Coke, the Aquarium and even ice scaring rinks.
To reiterate, I want to see Shofurbecome a deeply woven fiber in the transportation industry. I want to be apart of expansion. I think by putting these plans into action and contacting all of these major markets we can increase profit margins and take the company to new heights.
