  1. Specification •Structure: RCC frame structure and lightweight block wall in cement mortar smooth finish internal plaster. External surface finished in sand face double coat plaster. Structure design as per structural engineer. Design as per earthquake safety norms. •Flooring : Ceramic/Vitrified tiles flooring in carpet area as directed by architect. •Kitchen Platform:

Granite kitchen platform with round stainless steel sink, glazed tiles up to lintel level height, and Kota stone flooring in the wash area. •Door : Main doors of the flats are specially designed wooden with decorative Brass/S.S. fittings and the rest of the RCC frame door & all doors will be flush Doors with standard fittings as directed by the architect. •Painting : Acrylic distemper paint on internal walls, 'Apex ultima' or equivalent paint on external walls, and Enamel Paint on doors. •Toilet & Bath : Dado's height is 7' in Toilet & Bath and lintel level on the wash basin. •Electrification: Necessary electric points will be provided like Plug points, Bell points, TV points, Telephone points, Washing Machine points, Kitchen Accessories points, Geyser points, etc. with branded ISI concealed wiring with suitable 'Anchor'/equipment modular switches. •Drainage : A drainage connection will be provided. •Parking : Adequate parking facilities with decorative paving. •Water Supply : Bore well facility will be provided for an overhead water tank with an auto control system for drinking and other use. •Elevators : Elevators for easy access with a capacity for 4 persons of standard make will be provided. •Water Proofing :

  3. An average 3" thick layer of brickbats concrete in the terrace will be done in addition to the usual thickness of the slab for better thermal insulation of the top floor to reduce the heat in the summer and make it waterproof.
