My Recipe Mashed Potato Ingredients • 3 Medium-sized Potatoes • 1 table spoon olive oil • 2 Vegetable Sausages • ¼ of an onion • Herbs of you choice • 1 ½ Table-spoon of butter Gravy Ingredients • 3-4 table-spoons of tomato sauce • OXO stock cubes • A few herbs
Steps to Cook Bangers and Mash • Peel the potatoes. • While peeling the potatoes, put some water in a pan to boil. • When finished peeling the potatoes put them in the boiling water and put on the lid. Let boil for about 20-30 minutes. • Now put a table-spoon of olive oil in a pan and let it sizzle for a while. • Now take your sausages and put them in the sizzling frying pan for them to cook. • If you want you can now add some herbs and spices to your potatoes. • When your potatoes are ready you can drain out all the water. • When that is done, you can start mashing them in till they are nice an fluffy. You can also add some butter while mashing. • When that is done put it in a plate and leave to cool. • Now, when your sausages are finished put them in the plate with the mashed potatoes. That is how you make the Mashed Potato and Sausages.
How to make the Gravy • First you have to put some water in a pan to heat. • While doing this start taking some leftover herbs and add them to the water. • Then add the OXO stock cubes to it. • Next get some tomato sauce and add to the boiling water. • Stir for about 1-2 minutes. • When ready, take the gravy and pour it over your Bangers and Mash and enjoy.
