S.I. ROSTERS ARE DIGITAL NOW You must have a Google account to receive your roster. This is not an option. You will receive an email from dkushaney@gmail.com which contains your new roster. It will look like this: Open it and the email will look like this: 4. This will take you to your new roster, which looks like this:
Enter a C for a cancelled session and NS for a no show in the first row Enter a 1 for a 1 hour visit for a 2 for a two hour visit in the grey boxes in accordance to date Extra dates go here (format: 7/20) The hashed lines means that it is protected and can not be edited by you Extra names go here. We will worry about ID’s later and put them in ourselves Your totals are automatically calculated in the rows below as well as your averages.
A few notes: Do not leave your email or the roster up at any computer. Your PD, GA, and PA can see your roster at any time; this means you must complete it every day that you have a session. You can edit your roster anywhere as long as you are logged into your Google account. You may still use a banana sheet and transpose the data later. These can be found at the WD or at the tutor hub. You must enter a “1” or a “2” for your visits – if you don’t it will turn red to alert you. Add dates and names in the appropriate columns and rows. You may edit the existing dates, but keep the format as 7/2 or 7/20 for record keeping purposes This saves the Welcome Desk A LOT of work and drastically increases our accuracy as a program. The rules are the same as your old roster – if you do not complete it in a timely manner, it could affect your standing as a tutor for future semesters.
