  2. Administrative Review Training (ART) Project The ART project is funded through a grant provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The project will make operational and administrative improvements to the accountability requirements of USDA in the administration of New Mexico’s child nutrition programs. The ART project will involve the development and implementation of administrative software to support Districts, schools and the Public Education Department. The software will consist of the following components: • eLearning Modules • Decision Support Training (Toolkits) • Meals Benefit Management • Training & Rollout of ART
