WE ALSO BROUGHT YOU World War II World’s Seven Modern Wonders
EPICPRODUCTIONS PRESENTS
Have you? Have you ever eaten chocolate and wondered how its made? Probably not because you just enjoyed a sweet treat. But then just now you’re guessing what is it made up of. Maybe.
Well? • Just think what first comes to mind. And no you don’t make chocolate out of chocolate. Well the base of every real chocolate is cocoa beans. Cocoa trees first grew in Amazons in North Brazil. Today the trees grow in tropical areas. The trees love climates within 10-20 degrees of the equator.
The steps Part 1 • First, farmers harvest cocoa pods. Then, the beans are separated from the pods After that they are dried and shipped
Part two First, The cacao nibs are then grounded and pressed to produce cocoa liquor. Then, Some of the cocoa liquor is then put into a machine that squeezes the cocoa butter out leaving behind solid cakes of powder.
The steps Part 1 Next, the factory receives the beans, and separates them by size. Lastly, the beans are roasted, and the shells are blown off. I think I am forgetting something
Part two These solid cakes are called presscakes, which are grounded into cocoa powder. Lastly, The butter is mixed back into the cocoa liquor intended for chocolate bars.

Part 3 • First, the chocolate goes to the conche or conching machine, which is the machine that stirs the chocolate mixture at the temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit for as long as three days to create the smooth texture and flavor of the chocolate bar
Part 3 • Next the chocolate is tempered in large kettles with paddles that stir constantly as the chocolate is warmed and then cooled repeatedly for several hours.
Part 3 Lastly, when the chocolate is ready it is poured into the molds until it has cooled. Once they are cooled, the bars are tipped out of their molds and travel on a conveyor belt to be checked for quality before a machine seals each bar in foil and covers the foil with a familiar paper wrapper.
