  5. Purpose The Governance workgroup was charged with identifying challenges to achieving interoperability and creating a framework that would drive decisions… Getting us to “YES”

Recommendations To further interoperability and data-exchange (amongst state and county partners) CHHS Agency will implement and mature the following framework and governance deliverables: • Governance Model • Roles and Responsibility Documentation • Generic Process Flow/Narrative • Psychotropic Meds POC Process Flow/Narrative

  18. Next Steps A true demonstration of how we collaboratively get to… “YES” by: • Educating and promoting the CHHS governance to internal and external partners • Maturing the CHHS governance: • Develop a “landing page” • Engaging all levels (County, State, Federal, etc.)
