Sensors usually include biosensors and mechanical sensors. • Translating components are responsible for converting the signals from the sensors to some format that can be displayed on the external display or recording device. • The display device is used to display the physiological data continuously on a CRT or LED or LCD screen. Most of the modern display devices also use digital signal processing (DSP) which can also track multiple parameters at a time.
