ARTIE-ENT • Database of target beneficiaries with at least 300 entries for both cycles • Database of applications submitted with a total of 200 entries for both cycles • Local mentor team formed • Local capacity building session organized (one per cycle) • Local Mentors training via side-by-side work with the Larta Principal Advisors • Tracking report elaborated • Policy brief elaborated at the end of the program • Prepare the outreach plan • www.ricap.ro portal launch • list of targeted companies and conduct email/phone outreach • live information sessions in Romania • start application process • identify and recruit local mentor
